Hi There,   If You For What Ever Reason DONT Receive Any Items Bought On eBay, Please Open A Case Through eBay First & Let PayPal Be Your Last Resort As It Will Be Much Easier To Resolve & Close A Case On eBay. As For PayPal, You Will Need To Go To Yor Resolution Center & Go To Case Reports/Open Cases & Choose The Correct One. You Will Then Choose The Option 'Cancel Case' or 'This Case Has Been Resolved' Which Ever One. The Case Will Then Close & It CAN NOT Be Reopened! However, If Your Encountering Errors, Please DO NOT Wait Until PayPal Makes A Decision As Most Likely You Will Get Refunded Since Your Under The Buyer Protection Plan. If The Seller Sees That You Were Refunded Then He/She Can Always Appeal With Proof of Documents & You May Receive A Strike On Your Buyer Protection Plan & Possibly Lose That Option Meaning You Wont Be Able To Open ANY Future Cases & PayPal Wont Help You When It Comes To Buying. So What You Would Want To Do Is Call PayPal By Going To The Bottom Left Corner & Choose 'Help and Contact' Then Choose 'Call Customer Support' Then Call The Correct Number & Provide The Code Assigned To You To Fasten Your Service & Simply Explain To Them That The Case Has Been Resolved & The Money Belongs To The Seller & They Will Close The Case On Their End! Hi There,   Ok So Here Is What Your Going To Do, Your Going To Call eBay First & See If They Can Help You. If They Cant, Then Have Them Transfer Your Call To PayPal BUT Before They Do That, Ask Them For An SR Reference Number First & His/Her Name For Faster Services When You Get Transfered To A PayPal Agent. Hi There,   If Your Trying To Print A Shipping Label Through The eBay Site & You Do Not See That Opton Then You Can Try Printing The Shipping Label Through The PayPal Website. If None of These Works Then You Can Use Any Funds Available In Your PayPal To Pay For The Shipping Label OR You Can Call Customer Service But I Doubt They Will Be Able To Do Anything For You. They Will Most Likely Tell You To Add Funds To Your PayPal To Ship It Out. Just A Friendly Tip: Going Into A Marketplace Like eBay As A Seller, You Want To Go In This With Some Money In Your PayPal For Reasons Like This. I Myself Went Through All That. Hi There,   This Could Possibly Mean That Your Buyer Is Blocked By You On eBay. I Have Encountered This Issue Myself &  Mostly Its When A Buyer Is Blocked From Buying From That Seller. Maybe You Did This & Forgot or Maybe It Was A System Malfunction Error (Internl Error). Check With eBay By Giving The Selling Team A Call On eBay. Hope This Helps Solve Your Issues! ... View more

Hi There,   I See You Want  To Check Out With Your Preferred PayPal PrePaid Mastercard. So To Do This, When You Check Out For An Item On eBay, eBay Checkout Will Give You A Variety of Choices Between PayPal and/or Any Cards You Have On File. Instead of Choosing PayPal To Check Out, When You Go To Choose A Payment Option, Look For Your Mastercard & Choose That To Check Out. It Should Then Charge Your Card Rather Than Your PayPal! Hi There,   Best Suggestions I Can Tell You Is First, Make Sure That Your Shipping & Billing Address Are The Same As Some Sellers Require Your Billing Address To Be The Same As Your Shipping Address. Also, You Can Try Using A Credit/Debit Card That You Have Linked With Your PayPal. Lastly, If None of These Help, Then Im Assuming Your Having Trouble With An eBay Purchase So You Can Call In To eBay & When The Machine Lady Asks You What Your Calling About, You Will Say Buying An Item & Go From There. Thats Unfortunate For That Buyer & It All Depends On The Case But Im Telling You With This Specific Type of Case He Can Appeal It If Thats The Case That It Closes As I Myself Have Been In His Position. As For The Other Buyer His Case Could Have Been Entirely Different or Might Have Lost His Protection Plan or Might Have Just Called Once & Got Denied & Instead of Calling Again He Didnt. Alot of These Agents Dont Know Some of The Policies or Arent Familiar With Them As I Had To Report An Agent Because He Was Making Outisde Calls From PayPal When He Wasnt Suppose To But He Prob Didnt Know That. I Have Had Agents Where They Would Talk To Me About An Account When Im Not The Account Holder. So That Buyers Agent Probably Didnt Want To Deal With It or Probably Didnt Know You Can Appeal A Case. YES, An Agent CAN NOT Reopen A Case BUT If They Contact The Dispute/Chargeback Departments & They Give Them The Info The Buyer Gave Them Then Those Departments Will Let Them Know If The Buyer Qualified For An Appeal To Reopen The Case. I Myself Are In An Appealed Case. I Accidentally Closed The Case & The Agent Called Tthe Chargeback Department & Based On My Info I Was Able To Appeal The Case & Its Now Reopened. Anyways Im Not Worried About That Other Buyer Even Tho Thats Unfortuate For Him, Im Worried About This Buyer & I Just Simply Answered His Question As He Wanted To Know If He Should Escalate. You Agreed With Me On Your First Statement As Well But Mentioned He Could Lose His Protection Plan Which Is False.
