Im Sorry To Hear That Your Account Has Been Suspended. If You Provided Tracking Info Those Orders Then You Will Receive Your Funds 3 Days After Delivery Has Been Made. Sorry For The Late Response,   If The Items Is NOT As Described Then You Are Not Required To Pay For The Return Shipping As It Is The Sellers Resposibility To Pay For That. If For Whatever Reason You Have To Pay For It Then When You Pay For The Return Shipping You May Go To Your Account Overview & What PayPal Is Doing Now Is That They Pay For Your Return Shiping! Just Provide All The Required Info On The Application & PayPal Will Reimburse You The Cost For The Return Shipping BUT Like I Said, If Its Not As Described Then Seller Is Resposible For Paying For The Cost of Return Shipping! Hi There,   This Most Likely Seems Like A Charge Back! This Happens Sometimes With PayPal As It Has Happened To Me Once In The Past Depending On The Buyers Bank/Credit Card! If This Is The Case of A Charge Back Which Is Most Likely It Then Please Conatct PayPal Via Phone & Tell Them The Situation & If They See That You Shipped The Item Out Before The Charge Back Happened Then They Might Be Able To Help You On Recovering Your Payment Back! Also, Please Try Mesaging The Buyer As Well & Ask Him/Her To Kindly Send Te Payment Back! Please Report These Emails To spoof@paypal.com As These Emails Do Look Fake & It Looks Like You Are Trying To Get Scammed! Also, Please Try To Stick Making Your Business Transactions Through The Verirfied App & PayPal Is NOT Responsible For Any Lost or Damaged Items! The Shipping Carriers Are Responsible For Them & I Also Strongly Advise That You Insure These Type of Shipments That Are Worth A Lot As Certain Shipping Companies Come With Insurance But Only Offer of About $50 So You Will Have To Pay A Small Fee To Insure The Rest. As For These Emails, Based On My Experiences With PayPal Support, These DO NOT Look Like Any Emails That PayPal Would Send Out & Its Most Likely A Scam! Please Complete Your Transactions Through The Verified Business App Your Pertatining Too! Also, To Create An Invoice, Log Into Your PayPal Account And Hover To Send & Request & You May Create An Invoice To Your Buyer As It Is Covered By Seller Protection Plan! Hi There,   Im Not Sure What Your Concern Is, But As For Preferred Payment, You May Go To Your Funds & Above Your Account Balance You Will See Details. Click On That & It Will Take You To Your Account Balance & Any Credit/Debit Cards You Have Linked. Click On The One You Want Preferred & Click On The Yellow Star To Make It Your Primary. Also, If You Do Not Have A Linked Card Then Under Your Account Balance You Will See An Option For Cards & Link Card(s). Click On That & Follow The Same Steps/Process. If You Opened A Case Via eBay Then Go To The Case On eBay & It You Should Be Able To Attatch Photos Through There. If This Case Was Opened Through PayPal Then Visit The Resolution Center & Add Documentations/Files For That Case Through The RC. If Case Was Opened Via eBay Keep In Mind PayPal Will Wait Until eBay Makes A Decision. You May Then Appeal It On eBay. To Many Cases Open Can Lead To Account Limitations/Restrictions. Sellers May Also Report Your Account Is They See Suspicious Behavior (NOT Saying Your Misbehaving). I Advise That You Work On Getting All Your Cases Closed & Then It Will Take A While For Your Account To Be Clean & Become Standard Again.
