I am using paypal sandbox following this manual page: https://developer.paypal.com/docs/api/identity/v1/ but I am not able to obtain all information about user especially adress. not really. There is no way to get out of sand box mode. The button says I need to verify my email but its already verified. It just goes round in circles. how can we switch to live mode. Its a simple enough question. selecting 'live' doesn't do anything.

It looks like sandbox IPN events are firing again - there were a bunch that I submitted yesterday that showed up today. In the mean time I made a purchase on the live website and that went through as expected so it appears that wasn't affected. Hopefully things are back to normal now.

I setup a 301 redirect as a Cloudflare page rule since that is where I host the DNS settings. It seems to have worked but it took me about a month to figure this out and find this post.
