Hi daewon,   Welcome to the Community and congratulations on your first post!   I understand that you are inquiring if a PayPal account can be closed while limited.  Unfortunately, we are unable to close a limited account.  Once all of the required steps have been completed and a limitation has been successfully removed, the customer would be able to close the account as long as there were not any pending transactions, complaints, or a negative balance.    For beneficial information regarding how to remove a limitation from an account, I would suggest reviewing the link below.    Hope this information helps!   - Randy   How do I remove the limitation from my account? ... Hi Godless11Bravo,   Welcome to the Community!  😄   Are there any other pending transactions on your account?  Have you checked your account recently to confirm if there were any orders that are still in a pending status?  I would suggest confirming that all of your merchants have completed their orders.  If the merchant has left an order marked as pending, this could cause an issue with removing the debit card from your account.   If there are not any further pending transactions or orders, and you still need to remove the debit card, please follow the instructions here.   If you are still unable to remove the debit card from your account after completing the above steps,  I would suggest contacting our Customer Service team for additional assistance.   Hope this information is helpful!   - Randy   How do I contact PayPal customer service? ... Hi mikeeds05,   I apologize about the confusion.  It sounds like you were inquiring if you can cancel a withdrawal from your PayPal account balance to your bank account after initiating the withdrawal.  Unfortunately, once you’ve requested a withdrawal from your PayPal account, it can’t be canceled.    However, you can cancel payments that have the status of unclaimed if sent via a Personal PayPal account.  The link below includes additional information on how to cancel unclaimed payments.   Can I cancel a payment that I've already sent?   Hope this information helps!  🙂   - Randy ...
