Confirmation payments are faked all the time for PayPal. There also has been an invoice scam that has been going around too. Do not send the item or whatever you are doing and report the email/confirmation to PayPal immediately.   Never do anything without a payment coming through as it could easily be a scam ... This is a common issue if you do not have a verified credit card. To do this: Authorize PayPal to send a code to you   Log in to your PayPal account. Click Profile. Click My money. Click Update beside Credit cards. Click Confirm My Card. Click Continue. Or   Log in to your PayPal account. Click Profile. Click My money. Click Link and Confirm My Card. Click Save and Continue.   It can also occur without a verified email. To do this: Here's how to confirm your email address: Log in to your PayPal account. Click Profile near the top of the page. Click Update next to Email. Choose an email address and click Confirm. We'll send an email to that address. Open the email, and click the link to confirm your address. Also make sure that your credit card company is allowing purchases via the internet. Some disable it if they detect some fraud activity, 95% of the time just being over safe. Enter the redemption code in the Redeem a Gift Card, certificate, or coupon field. You can only use one card per purchase on PayPal. You can request funds from all different banks and use that but no multiple use of cards.   And if your talking about a prepaid visa card... paypal does not accept them ... View more

Unfortunately, its just not pssible. There is no way you can use prepaid cards on PayPal funds. The only way you could do it is sort something out with your bank if they would even let that happen   Sorry for your inconvenience ... View more
