I did not put money in to the account but i did get a couple refunds. All of a sudden I have a paypal balance. Not enough
as the refunds.
Nothing tells me where the balance came from. Is there anywhere to check this?
Go check all transactions. It shows all received and sent payments.If there is nothing there then there was obviously an issue going through with a payment on PayPal's side
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
