I'm sorry to hear about this situation. If the funds in question are still pending there are two things I can think that may be happening.
1. There may have been a claim opened on the transaction which is causing the funds to remain on hold. You can check this by visiting the "Resolution Center" in your account.
2. If there is no claim opened on the transaction, there may have simply been a technical glitch that prevented the funds from being released on time. If this is the case then we can release the funds manually for you. As this is not a customer service venue you would need to reach out to us via another method in order for us to be able to assist you with this.
