Hi AhMaadHassan,   It sounds like you will probably need to contact our customer support for help here. If you had tried entering in the random deposit amounts before you received them and just guessed, after 3 incorrect attempts your account will be dissabled for security purposes. Hi aruricards,   You don't have to confirm your email address to send money, but you do have to have it confirmed before you can receive funds.   Another possibility would be that the receiver's PayPal account has had a limitation placed on it. This can happen from time to time for various reasons.   If you have still not been able to complete the payment I would recommend reaching out to the receiver and ask them to log onto their account to check the status. ... Hi Sh1rt,   Chances are the buyer paid you from their bank account. When a buiyer initiates a payment to you from their bank it takes us about 3-4 business days to receive it. We front the money to you for the payment while we wait for the funds to process from the buyer's bank. If the transaction is refunded before the 3-4 days when the payment reaches us, then it is placed on hold. We have to do this to make sure that funds actually clear from the bank account. As soon as the payment reaches us it will go directly back to the buyer's PayPal account balance.   ... View more

Hi there,   It sounds like you two may be running into an issue with our security system. Every time a payment is attempted we run it through a set of filters to determine the amount of potential risk involved. If the system determines that there is a higher than average amount of risk involved with a particular transaction it may decline processing.   There is no way for us to pinpoint what would be causing the security system to catch a particular payment attempt as it literally looks at thousands of aspects, but some things to consider:   Are you logging in from a different location than normal? Are you using a newly added funding source? Are you requesting shipment to an unconfirmed address?   These are a few of the things we take into consideration. Hi PerfectPhysique,   I'm sorry to hear about this situation. If the funds in question are still pending there are two things I can think that may be happening.   1. There may have been a claim opened on the transaction which is causing the funds to remain on hold. You can check this by visiting the "Resolution Center" in your account.   2. If there is no claim opened on the transaction, there may have simply been a technical glitch that prevented the funds from being released on time. If this is the case then we can release the funds manually for you. As this is not a customer service venue you would need to reach out to us via another method in order for us to be able to assist you with this.   I understand that you have sent several emails. All of our emails are answered in the order that they are received. While we try to respond within 24-48 hours, volumes at times may cause delays in responding. Hi hamood_d10,   Sorry to hear about this. Do you have a US PayPal account? If you do, it would not allow you to add an international phone number. Unfortunately we would not be able to do this from our side either. If you are no longer living in the US, but still have a US account, I would recommend closing the account and opening another in the country you are currently residing in. 🙂 ... View more

Hello!   We are working to provide a smoother checkout experience for our customers. While we are in the process of rolling this feature out you may see the classic version at times, and the enhanced version at other times. You are able to customize your pages for both versions of the checkout page. Here's how:   Log in to your PayPal account. Click Profile near the top of the page. Click My selling tools. Under "Selling online," click Update next to "Custom payment pages." Choose the Page Style you would like to edit. Click Change and enter your new information. Click Preview to preview your page style. Click Save to save the edits to your customized page style.
