Pending balance since December 2013

Hello community.

I am not new at PayPal. I have received money on PayPal many times. I am verified but my money are still as pending.

Before these money usually go to PayPal balance after 21 days now they are still as Pending.

I have emailed several times PayPal but no-one replied so I said I will send them email everyday so maybe they reply. So if they not reply I will resolve this problem in other way 😉

I have got email where says that my money will no longer be marked as Pending so whats now? After classic waiting time 21 days they are still as pending. Thats my money not paypals 😉

Hi PerfectPhysique,

I'm sorry to hear about this situation. If the funds in question are still pending there are two things I can think that may be happening.

1. There may have been a claim opened on the transaction which is causing the funds to remain on hold. You can check this by visiting the "Resolution Center" in your account.

2. If there is no claim opened on the transaction, there may have simply been a technical glitch that prevented the funds from being released on time. If this is the case then we can release the funds manually for you. As this is not a customer service venue you would need to reach out to us via another method in order for us to be able to assist you with this.

I understand that you have sent several emails. All of our emails are answered in the order that they are received.
