Ok i have to mention or re start a thread here, Both cases with same seller same order (i have no idea why i was charged twice seperatly by seller) anyway both disapeared from the resolutions center ages ago, i recieved a email saying the cases where in my favor, i never seen the refund, the seller had several times agreed the return shipping would be worth the same value of the items and had promised to replace them but never did (since December!) Now i get a paypal emali stating that the refund will be rewarded as soon as i provide a tracking number, the seller added this note but the cases themselves aere still not in paypal, i read many more people brining this up to be a serious problem, its as if paypal wants people to forget they opened a case, imagine a ebay store that orders many things or like us, a family that orders online often between ebay and other sites that do not even use paypal, to chase this up every day is like working in a office, the only thing i see about these two cases is via email now and only one case reference has been addressed via email. and the only info about all this in the message center is a automatic response, 5 times! none which address the issue of missing cases from the reolution center.. sounds too fishy
