 I have had more trouble with PayPal credit after it's changeover from Bill Me Later. Now when you make a purchase on sites such as Petco.com you are met with a "pay with PayPal" button. You assume it's connecting to your PayPal acct. Seeing as PayPal Credit still resides at the url billmelater.com, one would assume the button linking the purchase to your acct would also say Bill Me Later.   As my PayPal acct is autopayed, I delete PayPal payment due emails. Then 2 months later, someone calls and says they are from PayPal and that my account is past due. I walk away confused...past due? I autopay. Yes, it was my mistake but I only make purchases from petco twice a year and, sadly, PayPal Credit only refunds once a year. Yes, I should have closed the account or removed it from payment options, but the confusion remains the same.  Is this not confusing to anyone else?   Want to be completely befuddled? Just click on the PayPal logo on any email you receive from PayPal credit. Where does it lead, you ask? It certainly must be to the PayPal Credit formerly Bill Me Later site - since that is the group with whom you are dealing with via email. But....NO... it takes you to the original PayPal website where you see your PayPal and PayPal Smart Connect accounts. In other words, every PayPal account BUT the one you're looking for. ... Hi stephc016,   Thank you for posting to the Community Forum.   PayPal Credit  obtained a copy of your credit report when you first applied for your  account. Only this specific inquiry is visible to other credit grantors.   PayPal Credit does perform occasional reviews of your credit. These inquiries don't impact your credit score and they aren't visible to prospective credit grantors.   ... Hi KJBramlett,   Thank you for posting!   The credit can be used toward a future purchase or you can request that the balance be refunded to you by check. If you'd like PayPal Credit  to send you a check for the credit balance please contact customer support.   You can find us on Facebook and Twitter or by calling 866-528-3733   If after 90 days we  haven't received a check request, a check for the remaining credit balance will be sent  the address currently listed on the account.     ... Hi natval-   Thank you for posting.   For personal accounts the PayPal Credit Promotion information is available within the PayPal Credit section of PayPal.  To view this information please log into your PayPal Account and click "PayPal Credit (previously Bill Me Later). "   There you should be able to see your account breakdown, view payments, transactions since your last statement and promotional purchases (see screenshot)     If your PayPal Account is a business account, please click the Money Tab at the top of the screen. Next click the PayPal Credit  section at the bottom of the screen. The Promotion information is at the bottom on the next screen under Promotional purchases (see screen shot)         To view all the information about that  promotional purchase, please click the little down arrow next to the balance.   I hope this information was helpful.     ...
