I kind not find any recent PayPal policy change, etc...   My guess you probably have reached your life transaction limit of $10,000 and PayPal is trying to get a hand over you. Hi kaseville22   Look at PayPal account for the refund status - Overview - Recent transactions It would no go back to your bank automatically. It will stay in PayPal account until you withdraw the money. You may have to pay PayPal fees for the withdrawal.   Hope this helps ... View more

Hi amdonell I am a bit confused with your situation.   So, you are the Buyer who paid $217.90 for the item bought from the Seller in China. The item was delivered to you, but you sent it back for some reason And expect the refund of your money from the Seller.   If this correct, I advise you to contact PayPal, talk to the live Agent, mention the Buyer's protection, blah-blah-blah PayPal should give you the refund - no fault on your side.   Hope this helps.   Did I miss something ? ...
