WHat you forget to mention is the very high "set up" fees that banks charge (most of the time its $100's!).  What you also dont mention is the month charges you have to pay with bank merchant accounts (paypal is free), and the fact that many require minimum monthly incomes in your merchant account..   I guess you can out weigh the good and bad on both sides, but Id rather only pay when I get paid, and not if I dont make any, or under a certain amout 1 month...  To each his own though right? ... i went through their check out process, and it does seem as though it is a legt paypal link, and checkout system, but Im not saying the site is legit....  If their half off, and brand new, I would ASSUME their either stolen, knock offs, or they dont exist.  Only thing you have going for you is that paypal offers good buyer protection.  If when your paypal, it shows that you ARE covered by paypal buyer protection, then getting you $ back in the event its a scam shouldnt be an issue, if it says your not covered, then dont buy from them!  I hope this helps, if so, please remember to give me "kudos" by clicking the thumbs up below this post.  Thanks! How big are the parts?  If their not too big, I would suggest using USPS Priority FLAT RATE shipping.  The large flat rate box is I believe $15 and change, and you can put as much as you want.. "If it fits, it ships".  These boxes are provided free at any local post office.  If you ship usps, GET DELIVERY CONFIRMATION, it costs an .80 (.70 if you use priority mail), and it shows proof of when the package is delivered.  Other than usps, if the items are larger, I would go with UPS.  You can use any plain box, or buy one at the local UPS store, and you will get delivery confirmation automatically.  Also, you can have the ups employee package the material for you so its shipped securely.  I hope this helps, if so, please remember to give me "kudos" by clicking the thumbs up below this post.  Thanks! PS.  If your an advantage member, there is no way you are a paypal guest, as you must spend over $5k a year as a paypal customer to become an advantage member....  If you take the routes I suggested, you should come out on top.  Again, good luck! I believe as a buyer or seller on ebay, you are now required to have a paypal account, so what do you mean by you paid as a "guest user"?  If you paid by credit card, call your card company and initiate a charge back.  Of course, as a seller on ebay, I would always suggest to contact the seller first...  If your involved in a transaction with a seller, and want to contact them, type into the help bar on ebay "request sellers contact information".  Youll be asked for the sellers user id, and the item number, and ebay will then email you their contact info (address and phone), and will also email them your contact info.  Remember, the postal service is always back up around this time of the year, so be sure to give them enough time for your item to arrive, an try to contact them first, if they still arent willing to work with you, go to paypal, click the contact us link, and call them at the provided #.  They'll direct you on what you need to do..  I hope this helps, and if so, please be sure to give me "kudos" by clicking the thumbs up under this post.  Thanks, happy Thanksgiving!
