Andra:::: Thank's for the boiler plate response. I agree and disagree with what your saying. I alway's look at feedback. This seller had 100% until after he sold all his item's and feedback was submitted. So yeah, if the seller does not open up an entirely different account than consumer's will know not to purchase with this seller. I received a totally different item than the item I bid on, not even similiar. I am not paying return shipping no matter what the seller's policy is because I never ordered the item. If they want their item back they can send me a label. I am not spending one dime out of my pocket for postage. It's that simple. Yes, of course people know that if you decide you just don't like it, that if a seller is willing to let you return it for a refund than you the consumer pay for your own mistakes. Do you really even need to tell people this? Bid with confidence because in the end you can alway's dispute with your bank when dealing with less than honorable Ebay sellers. I charged back on both item's that were wrong and got my money back. If seller does not want to send me return label for his item, oh well I guess he really does not want this wrong item back. Shop at Amazon there service is much better and less hassle than dealing with Ebay Sellers and resolution department. Boycott Ebay and bring them down, they don't deserve consumer's business if they can't look at all aspect's of a claim including correspondence between buyer's and seller's.
