I am trying to refund someone for a custom order, and it has been over 60 days, so can no longer "send refund" from the transaction page. It says to go to the "send oney" tab. i just tried to do that, and put in the note section the transaction number and all. But when try to send it, it says "This recipient is currently unable to receive money.". This person asked if they culd just open another paypal account for me to refund to. I don't want to do that, because I would have no proof that I refunded, and it is a pretty large amount of money. I told them they might have to confirm their email address, but they didn't answer me on that, and just asked if they could open a new account. Any ideas?
