Is this new? Or a glitch? Please tell me this is not how it is going to be from now on. Sometimes I can't read them correctly, or I may get a cpaital where it is supposed to be lower case. Then, I wonder, if you try too many times, will they lock your account? This is horrible, can a paypal rep please state what is going on???

The Captcha that was occurring recently wasn't exactly a glitch, it's a part of our standard security measures. However there was an issue (that has since been resolved) with our security measures where they may have been a tad....overzealous. So the Captchas were showing up where they weren't always necessary. But it should be all good now! 🙂
