PayPal sends out notifications like this when an unusual device accesses the account. If the purchase was made as a guest during checkout, then you would need to contact PayPal for assistance in opening a claim. Once a recurring subscription like this is cancelled at PayPal, you have to setup a new subscription agreement with the merchant.
