Hi @gntgnt  Thank you for posting in Community! I am sorry to know that you are facing issues while sending money. Please be advised that this generally happens when there is temporary technical glitch with PayPal website or if there is any risk determined by our internal security system for any attempt. To get this fixed, you can try after 24-48 hours and do not make any attempts in between as multiple attempts sometimes block the activity on your PayPal account. If you get this option at checkout, you will be able to use it. If not, you will not be able to use it. It does not depend on any merchant site or the merchant.
