Payments you receive for the payment of Goods and Services are subject to a holding period of up to 21 days or until we can confirm that the buyer has received the goods or services they purchased from you, using either the tracking information you would have provided when the goods or services were sent or by the buyer confirming, on their side, that they have received it.
If you have confirmation that the buyer has received their item / service, you can contact our Support Specialists directly. They will complete a review and, following confirmation of receipt, will be able to manually release the payment before the 21 day holding period has passed.
