If you sign up for the billing agreement, it will be 1-click print. Similar to itunes song download. If you don't want to sign-up for billing agreement, you will be prompted to sign everytime. I completly agree that PP idiots should fix the issue.

You can pay by Credit card, if you have zero PP balance. Till the time, you have PP balance credit card can't be used. It is not specific to shipping label and is true for all PayPal purchase. Prove me wrong and I will learn something new ....

Don't think it will work at PayPal. However, eBay bulk labels support 2 labels per page (5" x 7") Pretty sure, 4 labels per page will not work.

PDF on Mac is a problem. Here is how I fixed and labels printing is smooth. Install the below plug-in and reprint the label. http://www.schubert-it.com/pluginpdf/ It's free for Home use and educational use. Disclaimer: I have no association with above plug-in creator. Just trying to help my PayPal friends 🙂 Please let us know if it works.

You can get to see package details from "Manage your shipment" link (This link is available from Label transaction details page). With this link, you can see postage purchase history for 180 days. Just thought will let you know...in case it helps.

As far as I know, it does support SCAN form and labels for non-ebay trxs.

I did see the preview of bulk label printing at eBay. It has many new features like 2 (4" x 6") labels per page, International labels, all USPS shipping services etc... Anyone using it yet???

USPS First class International mail is now available from eBay shipping label flow along with other new services.
