Bulk label printing launching at eBay

I did see the preview of bulk label printing at eBay.

It has many new features like 2 (4" x 6") labels per page, International labels, all USPS shipping services etc...

Anyone using it yet???

It does not seem to have rolled out to me yet.

Does it provide the SCAN form?

Does it allow you to Create New Orders for non-eBay sales?

As far as I know, it does support SCAN  form and labels for non-ebay trxs.
