Contact the financial institution you paid with, i.e. bank, credit card, etc. and talk to them. They are the only ones in control of getting your money back, not Paypal, not Facebook, not the company which has undoubtedly taken your money.

The company gives Paypal a bogus address, then you mail it, no one will receive it. You get the choice of abandoning the package in China or getting it back for double the cost of shipping it to them in the first place. Follow the money. If you paid through Paypal and the source of the funds was your credit card or your bank account, those are the people who can do a reversal of your payment to Shopping Technology. You have to prove to Credit Card Co/Bank that the products were 'not as described' and they'll take it from there. They communicate with Shopping Technology's bank directly. Good luck.

I don't understand their 'protection policy', but follow the money. If Paypal actually paid out money for your products, they would do something about it. If the source of funds was your bank, go to them; if credit card, go to them. After you prove the products were not as described, they will refund you from the seller's bank. I'm in the process now. Good luck.

What is Paypal credit? Is it paying through Paypal with your credit card? Or did you have a credit with Paypal and you're using that up? I paid through Paypal, but my credit card is where the $$ comes from. Thanks in advance for your clarification.

If the address given is: <removed I think it's bogus. My post office wouldn't mail it. Said there is no street address. Check it against mapquest and you'll see the problems.
