Apparently numerous people have tried to work with PayPal and were denied credit back. There are page after page after page of complaints with payments made to the same company yet disputes are denied! If you call PayPal, you get automated system and then are disconnected yet you are required to dispute within a short period of time. I contacted my credit card company and they are disputing the charge but PayPal should be available and should have disputed it as soon as I filed dispute on line, since you are no longer able to get a person to talk to anymore. Once this is resolved, PayPal will be history in my books! This isn’t the same company I’ve trusted for years! ... View more

I agree!! PayPal used to be awesome but it is terrible and reading how many people got ripped off by the same vendor that is being paid is astronomical! I can’t believe PayPal didn’t red flag it or warn not to ANY bogus company with payments made to Shopping Technology UNLESS PayPal is getting some sort of kick back! I also called my credit card company this morning and they are disputing it. Called Sychrony (?) Bank, who finds PayPal for those who use PayPal credit and after talking to a lady who explained she was with the bank and not PayPal, she transferred me to another department and I spoke to a gentleman who said he could contact PayPal and help with my dispute.
