Thank you for informing us the phone lines are now open. I wasn't hopeful, but had my decision overturned in my favour, but PayPal are having to stump up as they're unable to get the money back from the Jinzhou bank. Probably another reason PayPal go in favour of the sender because they can't retrieve the refund back. Its still worth people trying, the more people who complain the better!

After weeks of trying to get a refund from this company, and the case closed in their favour yesterday because they gave a fake tracking number, I've at last been able to speak to somebody today and tell them what this company is doing to hundreds of people and they've overturned their decision and I'm getting my refund, but from PayPal themselves as a courtesy as they can't get money from the company, shocking. Please don't give up, and keep reporting this company.

Brilliant news, I've eventually spoken to somebody and they've overturned my case in my favour, they've refunded my whole amount. I've also asked that lol at this company as they're scanning 100's of people weekly.

Exactly, they've got to be in on it, I had the same, I've spent weeks trying to get my money back, screenshots off my conversation with Yodel stating that the tracking number wasn't mine. They ruled in their favour yesterday, it's now in the hands of my bank in the fraud department. I've 32 pages of conversation with Paypal about my case.

I had the same problem, they sent a Yodel tracking number and when I put it in the Yodel app it came up with my name and address saying it was delivered. But I contacted Yodel and they told me that, that tracking number was a parcel delivered to a person not associated with me or my address, how the hell do they do that?

Exactly, it's unbelievable, down to how they get a bogus tracking number to link to your details, but when you contact the delivery company they've no records of it.
