Hi, thanks for posting to our Community. The email you received is a common scam. PayPal would not use a domain that is not @paypal.com to send emails to you. Hi, thanks for reaching out to the Community. That email is not from PayPal. We do not require or request gift card purchases in order for you to receive a payment. Our emails will always come from a paypal.com domain, not a free service like gmail.com, and will be addressed to you by your first and last name, as they appear on your PayPal account. This is a common scam, unfortunately. Hi, this is a spoof email, and was not sent from PayPal. We will never require you to ship an item and email a tracking number to a non-PayPal email address. Please forward this email to spoof@paypal.com and delete it, and do not ship anything.
