Re: Moving money after mysterious account closure ...

I've had literally the exact same problem. My account got frozen July 8th, 2020. I was able to move the money from my balance about 2 weeks ago, just after the 180 days was up. But I can't transfer the $1,556 from the 3 goals I made in June of 2020. I still can't figure out what action I took to "violate their User Agreement" but it's whatever. ... View more

Seriously though! My account was permanently disabled July 8, 2020 so the 280 was over Jan 4, 2021. I received an email stating my funds were eligible for transfer- but 4 phone calls and endless hours on hold later a supervisor informed me that on Dec 9, 2020 some other violation occurred which started a new 180 days. What could've happened on my frozen account?!!! It's bs and need handled legally. They have like $1700 of mine ... View more

My account was limited then permanently Deactivated. I was told to wait 180 days in case there were chargebacks or refunds so PayPal wouldn't be responsible. Well- that day has came!! And I Received the Email stating I was eligible to transfer funds to my bank account. Here lies the issues: 1. I'm not affiliated with either one of those bank accounts, and even further (and bigger) 2. Most of my money is on those little goals and they won't lift the bar on it.. Any suggestions? ... Recently received a brand new automated message from PayPal personnel with exact instruction (links included) to call them and got sent literally no where. There's no where to call the way they tell me to, and when I call the general number it tells me that my problem can't be solved over the phone.. What now?? ... View more

So, the $5 was just me checking to see if my account would work- and I sent $5 to the alphabetical first friend on my list. It was just a gift, for no reason, he wasn't expecting- not was I expecting it to work lol I still don't understand how or where I violated their User Agreement, and I was getting the same automated message followed by a more personal but still automated message from PayPal personnel; until about a week ago I was sent a message to call them with instruction to do so- which led to literally no where. No way to contact them even through the very exsct instruction with links to do so. I'm scared to death that I won't get the money I saved. Any suggestions now?? Lol ... View more

Permanent Account Limitations and Disputes

PayPal permanently deactivated my account after " violating their user agreement. Even though they won't say how I violated their user agreement. After 140 days of not being able to make any transactions, other than the refund to peoples whose accounts were also deactivated so it didn't matter, I was able to make a single $5 transaction and nothing else. I got an email titled error resolution so I assumed since it was so close to my 180 Day mark I would be able to transfer my funds to my bank account and this isn't the case. I'm curious why they let me make the $5 transfer and what i can expect when their time frame is over in regards to withdrawing my funds. Whats this new $2500 fine thats sneaking up? I've never even made a buyer-seller transaction it's always been friends and family. ... View more
