Ok, I finally got notified that my account was "highly suspicious" because I only sent and received money to 2 different people (my boyfriend and best friend). That my identity was in question because I was receiving unemployment benefits in Arizona but my paypal account had been created in Ohio 8 months prior. This is insane. PayPal limited my account without giving me an actual reason to begin with! Violating the User Agreement??? How? When? Nothing.. sat through 170 day limitation then, somehow, while my acct was limited- I received another 180 acct limitation. Then, with 20 days left to go- "law enforcement seizure of exactly my $1556.03" that was deposited from the state of AZ Dept of Economic security for Pandemic Unemployment. This is absolutely **bleep**. Like, what law enforcement agency? Because I've had quite a few things seized by law enforcement agencies and there's always a certified court documents from which presiding county or state which is seizing my property- with a court date and a pretty good reason why. Same thing! Only I managed to transfer my available balance after 210 days from the date if the account limitation. However, I still have $1,556.03 trapped in the GOALS portion of the platform. Which, upon reading their trustee User Agreement, is covered by FDIC pass through insurance. ... View more

Keep on them, keep trying to get the 6 digit code from the CALL US / CONTACT US buttons. Someone will talk to you eventually and set you up to add a bank account and transfer funds from your available balance. Same **bleep** here man. I was finally able to beat in some algorithm and finally the CALL US and the magical 6 digit code appeared. They said they would make my goals available, and beneath the goal itself instead of the percentage completed of the goal they ask said available.. but same as before it says it can't do it right now, to try in a few minutes, and the Return to Summary button appears.
