Hi @gmear21    Thanks for reaching us through community center.     I understand that you'd like your funds to be accessible now since your customers already received their items.   Delaying funds availability is a common industry practice we implement to help ensure the safe and secure use of PayPal by both buyers and sellers. By placing your money in your pending balance, we can ensure there is enough money in your PayPal account to resolve any issues that may arise with your account such as chargebacks or disputes. The money still belongs to you. It’s just temporarily not available to use, until your buyer has received the item they ordered in the condition promised.   You can check this help article to get more details on why the funds are being held and how to make them available for you: https://www.paypal.com/uk/smarthelp/article/why-is-my-money-on-hold-or-not-available-faq3306   You can ask your buyer to Confirm Receipt of the item just follow the steps provided in the article below. Hi @LilHickzNowMack    If the transaction does not show on your PayPal activity but reflecting as a debit on your bank account, then I highly suggest for you to reach your bank and see if it was a debit from PayPal. If it does say that PayPal took the money out, you should check your email for a receipt of sending money out.   Once the transaction shows on your activity, that will definitely ensure you that the money has been sent to your receiver.   Reply back if you have any  update on this issue and I'll be glad to answer your inquiries.   Regards. ... Hey @KevinW1    Thank you for your response.    It's very unfortunate that the transaction date has exceeded our 180 days period. The alternatives are, contacting the seller directly to ask for refund or other amicable solution, contact your financial institution (credit card, bank) whichever the funding source you use to pay this transaction. Here's some ideas to help you.   If you have trouble with a purchase or did not receive what you ordered, you can communicate directly with your seller by opening a dispute in our Resolution Center.   If you feel the transaction was unauthorized, please visit our Resolution Center to file an unauthorized transaction dispute. Hi @KevinW1    Thank you for reaching us at the Community Forum.   Since you've already filed a report or a dispute through Resolution Center, it will create an open communication between you and  your seller. Your payment will be placed on hold as well so that we can get their full attention to respond to the case. You can escalate your dispute to a claim within 20 days if you cannot come up with an amicable resolution with the seller. So right now, you don't have to do anything just yet, just keep an eye of your email from time to time where PayPal will update you regarding the case you've raised.   Regards. ... Hi @Dunston1    Thanks for reaching us through community center.   If your payment was declined or you received an error message when trying to send a payment, it could be because: You may need to confirm the email address associated with your PayPal account. There may be an issue with the funding source you’ve selected (insufficient balance or declined transaction). Contact your bank or card issuer for more information. You have a limitation placed in your PayPal account. The seller’s/recipient’s PayPal account is limited. You may need to go through a security check, so we can confirm your identity. Double check that the email address or phone number that you are sending money to is correct. If the payment with your bank account was declined, or you’re still having problems with your card, try: Changing your payment method at checkout. If you only have one payment method linked to your PayPal account, you’ll need to add another payment method before you can do this. You can add a debit or credit card or add your bank account. Both options are quick and easy and will give you more flexibility at checkout.  Confirming your recipient’s email address or phone number is entered correctly.
