Sandbox business account doesn't generate any more IPN

Hello,

Since 10:48, it's impossible to generate new IPN after credit card payment test.

I only can resend previous IPNs from the IPN history...

IPN simulator works well...

But I need to customize more details in my app project for my next IPNs...

What should I do ?
