Hi,
My on-line customers are sometimes having their paypal payment processed but we are not receiving the order and there is no record in the back end of our site. We get an email saying the following and then have to call the customer to find out what they ordered as we have received their payment via paypal. There is no amount discrepancy. Any ideas please?
There was an error when Joe was placing their order. The amount received in PayPal didn't match the actual amount of their order. Please check and reconcile the order total with the payment you have received to ensure it is correct. .
