On my profile and "managed Pre approve payment" showing that "no data" and in my email says "

You've signed up for preapproved payments plan to G-Xchange, inc. with PayPal.

To view the details, log in on the PayPal homepage, go to your Profile, and click Preapproved Payments. Then find the Details page for G-Xchange, inc.:PA-0T13833411146560U." but there is no details  in there, only "no data".

 

Edit:

Sometime, the email "Your Pre approved payments plan has been cancelled"
