EMTC Inc. fails to respond to customer service requests

I ordered batteries from this company and one was bad and is under warranty. I've sent four requests to EMTC Inc.(they do not post a phone number) and they have failed to respond to all request.
Use caution when buying from this company.

Hi
I got their phone number from the BBB. It is the following
(xxx-xxx-xxxx) however, as could be expected they do not answer teir calls. Not live anyway, they request you leave a message! I have the same problem as you. A rechargeable battery purchased on the 11th of July which will not charge. I am waiting still to see what they recommend. Having read your post my expectations are not high.

I purchased a phone battery from EMTC on Aug 29th. I received the battery on Sept 2. Pretty fast shipping. I charged the battery over night. I checked the phone in the morning and it showed fully charge. I Unplugged it from the charger and the phone does not work. Tried the battery in another phone, and it does not work. E mailed the company and started a dispute through paypal. I told EMTC I wanted a replacement battery. They refunded my money the next day. Besides their battery not working, they were very good on refunding my money. I purchased my replacement through another vender after reading all the complaints online.

I checked my mail today (9/8) and EMTC Inc sent me a new battery. They have also refunded my money to paypal? Appears they must listen.
