i am having a difficult time with my paypal. i buy things from ebay and today my payments are failing. (its linked to my bank account and its verified). i sent an email to paypal and they said that they do this for security reasons The email said to complete the checklist items on my account overview page and also to click the "your account access is limited, Click here for details. I;ve searched and searched and i have no such link, nor can i figure out what checklist items i am supposed to be checking off. I emailed paypal again explaining and i just receive the same email again. Can someone help me?
