Item tracked in paypal it was delivered. Money still being held because buyer did not leave feedback. Should this $$ still be held? Why is it not released?
No I don't believe so. I've many purchases from ebay where the buyer has never left feed back after the item was recieved by them, and the money has always been credited to my paypal account. I never ship anything until I know the money has been credited to my paypal account.
