I have shipped using the ebay/paypal shipping with tracking number, it says that after it is delivered 3 days and the payment will be released. This has not happened, is there something I need to do ?
I had to call them to get my money released. You could try that. On the main paypal page on the right side there is a link to contact us. Click on that then scroll down to call us on the next page. Very inconvenient, but at least they coughed up the funds.
