ever notice that paypal will come after you toothe and nail if you so much as owe them 5 cents....threatening collections and lawsuits..... but they can hold your money as long as they see fit...empty your account down to 1 dollar, go fill up on gas (if you have their debit card) and let them sweat for 21 days until you pay it back......watch how fast they contact you!...lol
be sure and use the credit button on the gas pump....they called me every two hours on the dot, for two weeks....I told them I was waiting for my hold to be released and the money would be there in 21 days since thats how long they were holding it......phone guys response was "you can't do that" to which I said "well thats exactly what you are doing".... needless to say it got my money released that same day.....I'm done with them for good. Seems they will jump through hoops for you if you hand them a negative balance that they can't collect interest on........go figure
