i listed a trailer on ebay yesterday and last night someone used buy it now for 2 grand, when i listed it ebay had it set up so the buyer would pay deposit 500 thru pay pal then pay the balance cash when he picked it up, well this buyer message me and wants to pay entire thing 2 grand thru apypal and have someone else come pick it up, hes in canada this is a scam right? can he **bleep** me and get his money back?

Not sure why you think this might be a scam. He doesn't seem to making any unreasonable requests. How can he scam you if he pays ALL of it? I mean, it's not like you are going to let someone come take the trailer BEFORE he pays you....right? I think he should have emailed you and asked if it would be okay before he clicked on Buy It Now.....but, he doesn't seem to be asking THAT much of you. You could always cancel the transaction if you are that worried about it. He'll probably neg you if you do, though.

It's a scam.
If he picks it up, you have no online proof of delivery and all he has to do is file an "Item not received" dispute and he'll be refunded.
Getting him to sign a receupt won't do the trick.
Tell him to bring cash instead.
