I wanted to mail an ebay item via UPS and use the ebay-PayPal UPS Label. My own personal UPS account number did NOT work, so I tried to set up a NEW UPS account just for PayPal. I ended up setting up 3 UPS accounts, NONE of which worked. the message always said that the account belonged to another user. I want to cancel the 3 accounts. Does PayPal or UPS BILL ME for setting up these accounts? I have a charge on my bank account from UPS and I don't know if it was from PayPal or some other shipment that I might have done over xmas.
