I purchased an item and paid for it through Paypal. The next day I received an e-mail from ebay saying they canceled the transaction because the seller violated the rules and regulations. Paypal has always promptly given me a refund but they haven't yet. How long does it usually take for Paypal to refund something like that?
You will need to file an INR (Item Not Received) PayPal dispute and escalate it to a claim. PayPal will refund your payment if the seller is unable to provide online viewable proof of delivery.
