eBay problems!

So I bought some beats the other day. When I received them they were fake. The seller is no longer registered on eBay so I tried to open a case. It told me I would have to open one in Paypal. I couldn't do it there. Can someone help me with this?

To open a dispute in PayPal, view the transaction details in your History (you may have to do a search) and then click on "Report a Problem."  It will take you to the Resolution Center and walk you through the process.

If you don't see the purchase in your PayPal account, it's possible you used a guest checkout instead of logging into your PayPal account.  We always recommend logging in if you can, but if guest checkout was used, reach out to customer service via the "Contact Us" link to review it with a representative and file a claim.
