A buyer opened up a dispute on an item she bought.  She paid for the item on the 15th, I sent item on the 17th.  Tracking indicates that she has not received item yet.  I have no idea what the claim/dispute is about.  Paypal has frozen the money.  How can they do this when a) I don't know what the dispute is and b) this person is going to receive item she bought? I feel like I am being scammed and paypal is helping.  HELP
