I bought 3 items from a seller on ebay and the post office lost it.. what can I do about it?

Open a claim with PayPal AND NOT WITH eBAY!.  eBay resolution center **bleep**!!! And will not fall in your favor. Did you emailed your seller and ask what happen?, it should have insurance on those items.

Are you sure the Post Office lost it? Was there delivery confirmation? Insurance? Any way to prove the seller actually sent it?

The system has been down for a week now and I can not print lables from paypa but can from the regular USPS site so my funds are tied up for 48 hours I am no longer going to use paypal for postage grrr.
