Will there be any recurring fee if I start to use UPS w/ebay?

Hi! I just sold a laptop at ebay.

Since the package of the laptop is too big to fit into the USPS boxes, I'm trying to ship it via UPS.

So I clicked 'print shipping label' at Ebay and they forwarded me to paypal service.

That is ok. but my concern is, paypal forces me to agree to be an seller who ships with UPS (for some kind of ebay seller's lower rates?)

If I agree with their terms, then will I be paying some monthly fee for this?
