In the USA, it takes 4 business days. If it's a request on Monday, you should get the money on Friday. If it's on Tuesday, it would then be Monday - barring any delays due to holiday or extra days off, for banks. Other countries I cannot say.
The last time I did bank to PayPal, I used a Bank of America account. However that was at least 2-3 years ago, things might have changed since then.
