Refunding Shipping Label?!?

I'm about to pull my hair out. I've never printed a shipping label from ebay and I don't know wth I was thinking. I usually print via PayPal, but with two screaming children my brain is fried. I used the drop down menu beside my sold item to print the label through ebay and now the only way I can find to get my refund is to do it through the email paypal sends you when you print a label, BUT because I printed the label through eBay I'm not receiving an email notification that I printed a label. I voided the first label because it didn't print right and then was charged twice and never refunded for the first label. I've gone through this with PayPal before and it was much easier than dealing with eBay. Anyone gone through this one before?!?  I'm afraid I might be out $9. 😞  Thanks..

I'm sorry to hear you've experienced some issues printing your labels via eBay.  I can definitely second the pulling the hair out with screaming children (coincidentally, I seem to have lost a good deal of my hair too).  If you're unable to void these labels, and you purchased them via the eBay shipping tool, reach out to eBay customer service.  Make it clear to them  you printed the labels on eBay (not on PayPal), and they'll take it from there.
