I had a buyer who opened a case through Ebay and lost. I won the case. Then I went to my paypal account a few days after that and it said he was refunded. So Im thinking he went thorugh paypal and filed a claim even though he had already lost through ebay. What can I do he now has his money back and my item. I want the money I deserve since he lost the case through ebay then acted like a child who doesnt get their way with dad so they go through mom. what can I do? Any ideas????? I have already tried to contact ebay and paypal with no answers through either for weeks.

An eBay buyer cannot file a PayPal claim after having his eBay claim denied, and so... I suspect your buyer filed a chargeback with his credit card provider or a claim through his bank account.
If it's an INR (Item Not Received) chargeback or an Unauthorized Transaction chargeback, you will be covered by PayPal's seller protection if you followed all seller protection requirements.
If it's a SNAD (Significantly Not As Described) chargeback, you are not covered... PayPal's Seller Protection Policy doesn't cover SNAD claims/chargebacks.
