recently I've gotten prepaid mastercard with about $200 on it, I bought something off ebay for about $147 using paypal as the payment method the card worked and the payment went through and I got the item.
But now I am trying to buy something else off ebay with the same card and same method but now the card isn't getting accepted and it's **bleep** me off can anyone help?
