What do I do if a payment for an item is pending? Do I go ahead and ship the item or wait till payment is no longer pending?
Login to your PayPal account and click on the payment's "Details" link. If it says "OK to ship" at the top of the details page, you should ship.What information did PayPal provide in your "payment received" email message?
