Basically here is my problem, today I entered the ebay checkout process for 2 items I had recently won and I used a creditcard as my payment choice.
The first time I went through the process it got up to the confirmation page and then redirected to the first step in the checkout process. So I closed the window and reloaded ebay.
The second time I checked out, everything seemed to go flawlessly, I even got to the page with the confirmation code telling me I would shortly recieve a email confirming payment. I did not recieve this email, instead I recieved a invoice for one of the items.
So I go back to my "purchase history" page on ebay and it says I havent paid for my items! So I log into my paypal account and it has taken out the payment for the item I recieved a invoice for earlier. So I contact ebay, and I am basically told that it was a verification error with paypal and to call them.
So I call paypal and somehow get forwarded back to ebay support and I am once again told to contact the seller and paypal.
So I have no idea what to do, I have contacted to seller and am trying to verify if they got payment, and I have emailed paypals support. I am hoping this can be sorted out and I get my ebay bucks for this rather large transaction.
Has anyone else had this problem lately? Did you get your bucks after all was said and done?
