First things first, it leads me to the help page, which in turn sends me to this when I try to search for something: 

"You have requested an outdated version of PayPal. This error often results from the use of bookmarks."

Also, I can't even type anything into the search field, I can only click the find button.

Basically, your site is broken and you don't care because the paypal executives are scam artists. There, I said it.
