Attempting to make a payment for a winning bid, but for the last 24hours i recieve message ' PAYMENT CANNOT BE PROCESSED AT THIS TIME ' not sure what's going on but i'd like some sort of explanation. moments prior i made 3 successful payments for 3 other winning bids on Ebay.. could this be in relation to a fraudulent seller?
